Due to the continued growth of our agency, our Paid Search team is expanding and we are on the lookout for an experienced Biddable Media Strategist to join our team. Full time position (37.5 hours) Based at our offices in central Harrogate, North Yorkshire Biddable Media Strategists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns which can include paid search, display and paid social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business. They are typically responsible for developing, implementing and optimising paid media channels to meet and exceed clients’ KPI’s and their digital growth goals. Biddable Media Strategists have commercial acumen and confidence with numerical data which helps drive the growth and success of online businesses. Their role is an integral part of the development and management of the overall digital strategy. Biddable Media Strategists are comfortable communicating strategies both internally and externally, with a professional and authoritative conversation style. Key responsibilities

Support the paid media team to deliver high quality search ads, shopping ads, display ads and paid social media campaigns for a wide range of clients Create PPC ad copy and paid social copy Undertake thorough campaign analysis Deliver paid media reports to senior team members Manage and implement campaign tasks with a high attention to detail with support from senior team members Develop a deep knowledge of your client’s paid landscape; understand their challenges, what the key opportunities for growth are and develop the role Biddable/Paid Media plays in their marketing activity to achieve optimum results and ROI Daily checks on campaigns and management of the budgets Communicate effectively with clients and attend regular meetings Ensure clients' goals and objectives are achieved and communicated effectively to the client Communicate campaign progress, results and key metrics to wider team members Meet regularly with Google, Microsoft, Facebook and other paid media channel representatives Keep up to date with industry news and updates to ensure you are delivering the best possible ads to your audiences. Continual personal development and progression through independent training Be part of new business development and pitches Requirements

At least 1 year’s experience in a paid media role working with Google Ads and paid social media channels In-date Google Ads certifications and Microsoft certifications Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Paid social media experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn Experience working at an agency managing multiple paid media accounts Strong drive to continually learn and develop Experience in managing client budgets Highly efficient in Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines The ability to dissect data, identify trends, and spot opportunities Benefits of working at Zelst
