Big 4 Lead Advisory M&A - Healthcare M&A (Manager to Assistant Director)

The Healthcare M&A Advisory team has expertise extending across the full range of sub-sectors. The team has enjoyed significant success in recent years and is seeking to expand with the recruitment of highly driven and motivated individuals. They have an excellent track record and offer strong deal flow, an excellent working environment, flexible work conditions, and a great work/life balance. Key responsibilities: Working across the Healthcare sector on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions Driving day-to-day management of transactions, which includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis, and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications Industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis Valuation work and financial modelling, including DCF and LBO analysis Initiating and leading marketing and business development opportunities To qualify for the role you must have: Transactional experience in a lead advisory role, including a track record of leading M&A transactions Client focus, with the ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships Enthusiasm for and ideally previous exposure to the Healthcare & Life Science sectors (although not essential) You may be a Chartered accountant and working in the Big 4 (or equivalent) or a mid-market advisory firm Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis for inclusion in client reports The self-confidence/appetite to be involved in business development activities Ability to develop, coach, and motivate junior members of the team With a team of 180 and growing every day, Goodman Masson is London’s specialist Finance and Technology recruitment business.
