What you'll do
You will be accountable for a dedicated seller portfolio.
Grow the revenue of your portfolio by upselling Anka’s different solutions: Anka Shipping, Anka Pay, and Anka Marketplace.
Reply within the required response time and qualitatively to the sellers on your portfolio.
Conduct bi-weekly webinars.
What you bring
3-5 years proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales for high-value customers.
Familiarity with working with a CRM (Intercom, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and French).
Strong knowledge of working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to manipulate and translate data to guide decision-making.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably with experience in a startup.
Willingness to take initiative and roll up your sleeves.

Collaborate through weekly written updates and quick biweekly video status meetings. We manage projects using Basecamp and Trello, working as a team to improve our product.
