Functions as a liaison and advocate for patients between their care team, specialty care, and/or other relevant staff and assists patients in navigating referrals to community resources and specialty care. Job Profile:
Do you have your Bachelor in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology and are looking to gain experience in mental health? Are you passionate about helping people engage with services dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression? Do you have experience with the criminal justice system? Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related degree.
5 years of experience can be substituted for a degree.
