full time, permanent basis

and in return, you will receive a

This will be achieved by managing performance and supporting team members to achieve their monthly KPIs. The role requires a keen eye for risk and also to spot new business opportunities through contact with clients and debtors. Your responsibilities as our Bilingual Credit Control Team Leader will include: Providing a high level of service to all clients, Business Centres, and colleagues whilst minimising risk and ensuring excellent service to clients Proactively seeking to understand their teams' portfolios to assist them in spotting both warning signs and opportunities Leading a team of credit controllers to deliver excellent standards of client service and identify new business opportunities Measuring risk and performance via sampling and coaching the team on improvement Responsible for the training of team members through regular one-on-one reviews and improving performance and productivity through coaching Ensuring good communication and cooperation with all stakeholders including Cash Administration and Business Centre relationship teams Mitigating bad debt and risk situations across the credit controllers by monitoring their activity and ensuring a high quality of delivery of key processes and procedures Identifying new business opportunities through contact with clients and debtors What we are looking for in our ideal Bilingual Credit Control Team Leader: Credit control experience, office environment, and customer service experience Good communication, excellent customer service, and attention to detail Credit control experience in a financial service environment Experience managing risk, sales, people management skills; fluency in a second language (Italian, French, or Spanish) Basic IT, customer service/administration NVQ There’s no place quite like BFS and we’re proud of that.
