Bilingual Export Credit Controller – Hybrid Remote (Manchester 3 days a week) - £24-26K + Benefits
If you’ve held customer support roles for a couple of years elsewhere, you know what it takes to keep the customers happy. This is all thanks to your efficient telephone manner and admin skills. You’ll ideally speak another language: this could be either French, Italian or German: you’ll need this so you provide an exceptional service to our clients abroad.
Responsibilities:
Chasing debts and establishing potential risks in investigation discussions.
Reviewing paperwork and analyzing potential risks.
Building relationships over time while managing your ledger across an entire portfolio of clients.
You’ll be in our Manchester office, housing 100+ employees, within a team of 30. This means there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it. Though, we all work hybrid here, so when you need that extra hour in bed on a Monday morning, you can.
Prior invoice finance or credit control experience is desirable, but not essential. As long as you’re keen to learn and have a drive to have a real impact for the clients we serve through telephone conversations, we’ll be here every step of the way to train you.
