Validate operational claims of works completed against invoicing. Generate and process invoices, ensuring that they are accurate and timely. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all billing activities. Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding billing matters. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing operations. Requirements
Proven experience in a billing role, preferably in the telecommunications or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Desired Qualifications:
