Billing Coordinator
to support our Sales, Events, and Reservations teams. This back-of-house role requires someone with strong administrative and financial skills who thrives in a methodical and process-driven environment. If you have experience in hospitality operations, excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud, and a keen eye for detail, this is your opportunity to join our dynamic team. In this role: You will process group sales invoices, manage contracted event deposits, audit group bookings in Opera, and handle commission-related invoices. You’ll support daily event billing audits, assist with reporting to spot sales opportunities, and ensure outstanding PM balances are regularly reviewed and resolved. Additionally, you’ll liaise with travel agents regarding commission payments and provide administrative support to the wider teams. We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality, who is proficient in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office. A finance or billing background would be an advantage, along with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
