Taguig City About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to join our dynamic team in the logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing efficiency. The Billing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to streamline operations and support the financial health of the organization. Your Responsibilities: Billing Operations

Oversee the daily billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Develop, implement, and maintain billing policies and procedures. Manage the reconciliation of billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Team Management

Lead and manage the billing team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Set team goals and monitor progress to ensure high performance and adherence to deadlines. Process Improvement

Identify areas for improvement within the billing process and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new billing software or systems enhancements. Customer Relations

Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from customers in a professional manner. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction with billing services. Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and present detailed billing reports to senior management. Analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure billing operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Implement and monitor controls to mitigate risks associated with billing processes. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor's degree, CPA preferred. Experience in the Logistics Industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; basic understanding of collection practices and laws. Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
