Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally within the telecommunications industry. Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, data analysis, and reporting. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and experience with billing systems (Deponet and CEMAR a plus). Contract Expertise: Strong understanding of NEC contracts and data privacy regulations. Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
