What you will do: Accurately check utilities invoices for E2 Services Limited’s clients and work with their Accounts Payable teams to facilitate timely payment. This is a full-time position within our office in Quinton, Birmingham. How you will do it: Support Billing Validation administrator, as appropriate, with sourcing, importing and storing of supplier utility invoices into an online repository. Import of invoice data into an industry-specific database. Generating and issuing Client Outputs reports / Upload Files. Ensure clients are sent the invoices promptly according to the Supplier’s schedule. Ensure Client specific payment run deadlines are met. Ensure any client specific coding schedules are maintained and reflected on payment upload files. CRM – Ensure Tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs. CRM – Ensure full use of the software. Respond to Clients professionally and in a timely manner. Attendance of Client meetings as required. Mailbox management – generic mailboxes and client specific. All appropriate ad hoc administration duties required in the BV process. Attend regular departmental meetings. Engage in supporting cross-functionality activity with all Departments. What we are looking for: Required: High level of motivation and ability to work on own initiative. Organised with a pro-active approach. Excellent time-keeping skills. Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages (good knowledge of MS Excel essential). Excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to develop excellent customer/supplier working relationships. Reliable and trustworthy. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task. A self-starter and strong team-player, flexible and able to work effectively without close supervision. Capable utilising complex problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain integrity and work with confidential information.
