Job Opportunity: Billing Support Manager
The Role:
A leading company in the connectivity sector is seeking a Billing Support Manager for their rating and invoicing platform. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. You will lead a small team dedicated to ensuring customers receive their monthly invoices accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Leading the billing support team
Acting as the focal point for commercial teams regarding billing
Providing support to platform developers as a domain expert
Collaborating with commercial and operational functions within the business to support new products and services
Supporting the billing platform
Skills Required:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
Strong technical knowledge of PHP and Symfony
Strong technical knowledge of database systems (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
Ability to identify areas to increase efficiency and automate processes
Skill in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets related to the billing platform
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ERP and accounting systems
Experience with data import/export and integration with third-party systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
