Billing Administrator,

who will be responsible for billings and control of the sales ledger. Working closely with operations and the credit control teams; you will raise invoices for goods / services

supplied to customers, carry out monthly billing procedures ?and compile the complete overview of all billing. In this role you will pro-actively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers and so we’re looking for a proactive individual

who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking in their approach to work with good customer service skills. As anApleona

Billing Administrator,

we’re looking for : Experience in managing the billings process Ability and experience in system with mainstream accounting systems Ability and experience at intermediate level for Excel skills to perform reconciliations Experience of working in a busy office environment Ability to demonstrate excellent level of English spelling and grammar In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team.
