Blueprint Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior BIM Architect/Coordinator to work on a variety of large-scale hospitality projects from our client's London studio. Our client is a leading architectural practice with an outstanding reputation for designing innovative and sustainable spaces. They specialise in delivering high-quality projects in a range of sectors, including hospitality, residential, and commercial. We are now looking to expand this team with a talented BIM Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing BIM processes, leading and managing BIM workflows, particularly from Stage 3 onwards, for a large-scale, complex masterplan resort. You will be working closely with our project teams to enhance design delivery, improve collaboration, and leverage the full potential of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle. This is an initial 9 month contract opportunity, with scope for longer term work! Our client is offering hybrid working from their central London studio alongside competitive market rates and options to work outside IR35. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes and protocols across a large scale hospitality project. Develop and manage 3D models, from stage 3 onwards, ensuring they meet project and client requirements using Revit and Navisworks. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of BIM data. Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans, models, and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support design development, clash detection, and coordination. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum 10 years of experience in a BIM role, with a solid understanding of architectural and construction processes. Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.). Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management. Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and data management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Prior experience in leading BIM on large-scale, complex projects (preferably in the hospitality sectors) is desirable.
