Location - Holywell, Wales
Salary - £25,000 - £40,000 Per Annum Negotiable DOE + WFH Flexibility
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our clients who is a global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions based in Holywell, Wales. This role specifically will be part of their insulated panels sector where you will be working on a range of their products which include roof panels, wall panels, fabrications & gutters, daylight solutions, energy solutions & protection systems. This specific position will be for my clients FSEL - Fabrication, safety, energy & lighting division based at their office in Holywell.
Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced BIM Consultant with experience in Revit to join their busy team. You will have experience with Revit / BIM and worked within a construction or manufacturing environment & be ready to drive a department.
Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain and optimize existing Revit content on BIM360 Develop new Revit content, including advanced parametric models Provide exceptional customer support for technical specifications and Revit usage, including bespoke detailing and high-quality 3D renderings/CGIs. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance internal teams' proficiency Evaluate and improve processes for sharing Revit objects through the company website and BIM360 platform, incorporating customer feedback for simplification Establish a feedback mechanism to identify areas for improvement in Revit content and tools, driving continuous enhancement of BIM processes Develop and issue robust, differentiated specifications in formats like NBS Chorus & Provide technical support to stakeholders
Experience & Qualification
Background in architectural technology, engineering, construction or manufacturing Revit / BIM Essential + AutoCAD, Autodesk BIM360 experience Building Regulations (Fire, Thermal, Scotland, Wales, England) NBS Tools & Salesforce advantageous Full UK Driving License
