BIM Coordinator at Design-Led Architecture Studio in London

Are you a skilled BIM Coordinator ready to make an impact at an award-winning practice in London? An internationally recognised, design-led architectural studio seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to elevate their digital design workflows and support a diverse range of projects spanning residential, cultural, masterplanning, higher education, and industrial sectors. This forward-thinking studio prides itself on continuous improvement and technical excellence, blending innovative technology with creative design. As a BIM Coordinator, you'll work hand-in-hand with project teams to create, develop, and manage detailed Revit models and BIM documentation for medium to large-scale projects. Within a collaborative environment, you'll lead the coordination of BIM workflows, conduct clash detection, and ensure robust quality assurance, all while fostering positive relationships across teams. Your role extends to engaging in BIM meetings and troubleshooting technical challenges to support project delivery and contractual obligations. Ideal candidates bring three to five years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry, demonstrating expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. Experience with design-led projects and familiarity with Common Data Environments is highly valued, while knowledge of COBie, Uniclass, UK BIM standards (ISO 19650), and additional tools such as Python, Rhino, and Dynamo will set you apart. Beyond technical acumen, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, communicative approach that enhances team collaboration. This role offers a competitive salary of £45k to £55k, flexible working arrangements with a minimum of three days in the studio, and the chance to work at the heart of a practice known for its dynamic, creative culture. In this environment, continual professional growth and technological innovation are not just encouraged—they form a core part of the studio’s DNA. If you're ready to push the boundaries of BIM, enhance design efficiency, and contribute to landmark projects within a vibrant, forward-thinking environment, apply now. Please submit your application by email (including your availability and using the correct job title in your subject line). Join a team where your expertise in digital design can truly thrive and drive the future of architecture. Seniority level
