BIM Coordinator:
Location: Croydon
Salary: up to £40,000 + package
Responsibilities:
An MEP Revit coordinator with 2-3 years' experience accustomed to coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with a preference for mechanical ventilation, heating & cooling systems (experience in plant rooms is a bonus). Experience with BIM implementation during the RIBA Plan of Work stages 5-6. Proficient in digesting MEP Stage 4 design information (layout drawings, schematics, specifications & schedules). Proficient in understanding BIM documentation (Execution Plans, Model Production & Delivery Tables, Information Management Plans, and Asset Information Requirements, etc.). Experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops. Experience raising RFIs (Request for Information). Proficiency in using Navisworks, Autocad & Fabrication within Revit. Requirements:
Within commutable distance of East Croydon Station. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills. Strong work ethic, inquisitive nature, team player. Right to work in the UK. Preferred but not essential:
Degree, HNC/HND or other relevant higher education qualification in construction/mechanical/electrical engineering/project management or similar. Mechanical experience. Experience working at an M&E contractor. Experience being based on site. CSCS card.
