Your Role as A BIM Coordinator:
You will help manage BIM process from project initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and client requirements. Develop and maintain accurate, detailed BIM models, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement BIM strategies and promote best practices. Provide training on BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Solibri. Keep project documentation organised and up to date, adhering to ISO 19650:2 specifications. Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and recommend innovative solutions.
What You'll Bring:
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri. Strong knowledge of ISO 19650:2 standards, protocols, and workflows. Familiarity with modular construction techniques (a plus). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
