MEP BIM Coordinator London 35-40,000 per annum We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an MEP BIM Coordinator to join the London based MEP team of an award-winning multi-disciplinary design practice working on the biggest projects in the world. Offers an opportunity to build a rewarding career, with first class training and development available to everyone. The MEP BIM Coordinator will have hybrid work opportunities. Key Responsibilities : The MEP BIM Coordinator will manage the process - working with engineers and junior members of staff to ensure the deadlines are met. The MEP BIM Coordinator will set up Revit models, population of views, sheets, filters, and other elements within Revit MEP. Early development, RIBA stages 1-4 on major commercial, high-rise, transportation infrastructure and leisure complex projects. The MEP BIM Coordinator will be tasked with creating 3D models and generating 2D drawings on large scale projects. Develop Navisworks models and generate clash detection reports. Meet project requirements, working collaboratively with other disciplines. The MEP BIM Coordinator will contribute to prominent projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial and transportation. Skills and Background : The MEP BIM Coordinator will have an understanding of Revit MEP, Navisworks and workflows between architecture and engineering. Working knowledge of other BIM software including AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric modelling and Revit Family Editor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape or Python scripting languages would be an advantage but not essential. If you are an MEP BIM Coordinator experienced in Revit MEP and are interested in working on the biggest projects in the world - this is the role for you.
