Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modelling initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various design software and demonstrate exceptional project management skills. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of BIM processes, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for project delivery. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM across all phases of design and construction. Manage the creation and maintenance of 3D models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks. Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices. Conduct regular reviews of models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving project efficiency through the use of BIM technology. Prepare detailed schematics and documentation for project presentations and submissions. Skills Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, and Sketchup is essential. Strong understanding of building design principles and construction processes. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
