We are searching for a BIM Coordinator to support various workstreams while the organisation seeks a permanent hire. The ideal candidate will be able to take on the workload independently, proactively engaging with stakeholders and asking the right questions to ensure effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate 3D models, including conducting PIM reviews and overseeing transitions between PIM and AIM. Oversee 2D base plan management, ensuring effective coordination with 3D models and workflows. Manage and coordinate 2D and 3D surveys, including reviewing deliverables for client acceptance, providing detailed feedback, and developing scopes of services for further updates and modelling. Review outputs from a key consultancy partner, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives. Support the development and implementation of a BIM strategy within the organisation. Strong experience in BIM modelling and coordination. Knowledge of COBie and its application in BIM workflows. Experience working on ISO 19650 projects. Proficiency with major CDE platforms. Hands-on experience with Revit modelling.
