BIM Coordinator/Manager - Established MEP Consultancy - Belfast - Hybrid Your new company Our client is a multi-discipline building services engineering practice that provides a strategic and innovative approach to delivering engineering and management consultancy services for its clients. Delivering large scale residential/mixed use, retail and industrial projects services throughout the UK&I, their raft of engineering and management consultancy services are in demand with some of the world's biggest brands. Due to continued success, they are recruiting an MEP BIM Coordinator/Manager to join their team in Belfast. Your new role You will be a critical leader in driving Revit MEP /BIM capability within the business, implementing common methodologies, processes and standards. You will project manage the running of BIM models and, in conjunction with the Project Directors, oversee the training and day-to-day activities of Revit specialists, ensuring that high levels of competency are maintained. What you'll need to succeed 3+ years BIM/Revit MEP experience In-depth working knowledge of current Revit and BIM applications Experience of relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks & BIM360 Experience of computational tools such as Dynamo and its benefits are desirable Have a good working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO:19650, BS1192, PAS1192 and associated documents What you'll get in return An exciting and challenging position that will reward your expertise with an attractive salary package.
