BIM Lead

BIM Lead focuses on using templates, create new revit and cad sheets.

What the role involves

• Using templates, create new Revit and CAD Sheets.
• Produce and amend MEP models and drawings based on engineers mark ups.
• Performing model exports, including ifc, nwc, dwfx, dwg and pdf exports.
• Driving the business forward and contribute to BIM Innovation.
• Experience And Education.
• Sound understanding of Revit MEP functionality including modelling systems, creating and working with schedules, creating Sheets.

Additional role context

• Urban Connect are currently supporting a leading global engineering business, scaling their BIM/Revit team on the back of an increase in workload.
• This is a highly technical business, working mostly within the Defence and Pharmaceutical sectors.
• This is a great opportunity to work alongside an extremely established Revit team, whilst working with premium end user clients on some challenging and interesting projects.
