What the role involves

• Develop a team of BIM Technicians and Coordinators.
• Overseeing BIM delivery across multiple building services projects.
• Provide hands-on support to engineers with Revit MEP and BIM workflows.
• Maintaining and enhance BIM standards, procedures, and quality control processes.
• Coordinating closely with design and engineering teams to drive project delivery.
• Attend client meetings and act as a technical BIM lead.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager (or similar role).
• Experience supporting projects through Stage 5 delivery is beneficial.
