BIM Manager focuses on develop discipline-specific bim models and coordinated design deliverables from riba stage 2 to 5.

What the role involves

• Develop discipline-specific BIM models and coordinated design deliverables from RIBA Stage 2 to 5.
• Ensure compliance with Employers Information Requirements (EIRs), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Asset Information requirements (AIR), and ISO.
• Integrate model and drawing workflows with Viewpoint for Projects (4P) to support collaboration, document control, and approval processes.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent.
