BIM Manager - Architectural Background
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000-£60,000
A multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a BIM Manager to join them at their Head Office in Central Manchester. This is a strategic hire, both to prepare for a busy 2025 with projects already agreed, as well as to have someone in the business to manage all aspects of BIM Management to help them grow further.
They are looking for someone who has held a BIM Management role in the past, who has both managed teams and handled the management of the internal BIM Strategy and Processes. You will also lead the Architectural Technologists in the business, managing them day to day as well as handling their ongoing training and development.
A key part of this role is to take ownership of the overall Digital Strategy of the business, and work with the Directors to implement a Strategy that allows them to deliver to their existing high standards whilst allowing for further team growth.
