Due to their increasing workload and expanding client base, they are currently seeking a

BIM Manager/Senior Structural Revit Technician

to join their team in Leeds.

The successful BIM Manager / Senior Structural Revit Technician should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to act as a BIM Manager to lead the technician staff and be responsible for coordinating projects and resources within the business. Managing the collective technician workload is a key requirement of the role. The BIM Manager / Senior Structural Revit Technician will also be expected to work on project delivery at the highest level, to communicate effectively with design team members, and be technically competent with the modelling and draughting of building structures to current design standards.

Requirements:

Ability to act as the BIM Manager and company lead on all drafting elements. Able to demonstrate significant 3D modelling and Revit project delivery across a wide range of building structure projects across all construction sectors. Ability to co-ordinate technician staff workload. Desire to uphold best practice drafting protocol. Sound technical skills and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to deliver projects through to completion, and work within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. Able to attend meetings with external members of the design team. Software experience in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise way with colleagues and clients. Ability to listen, help, and assist others in maintaining the highest drafting standards. Must hold a valid driving licence.

Strong interpersonal skills. Can do attitude.
