Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of BIM Manager: Manage and conduct training sessions on Revit for team members. Create and maintain Revit components and families to ensure consistency and efficiency. Ensure compliance with PAS documents, maintaining the firm's BIM Level 2 accreditation. Lead the annual audit process related to BIM standards and practices. Perform regular project and Revit file audits to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM methodologies effectively. Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in BIM technologies. Proficiency in Revit is essential. In-depth knowledge of PAS documents and BIM Level 2 standards. Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with BIM standards. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to train and mentor team members in BIM processes and Revit usage. Experience as an Architectural Project Runner is advantageous but not mandatory.
