This role offers an exciting opportunity to specialize in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building information modelling, contributing to high-profile projects and supporting the digital design team. What Youll Do Develop and manage M&E-specific BIM models for a range of projects Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate integration of M&E components Generate precise 3D models, technical drawings, and visualizations for project phases Maintain BIM standards, ensure adherence to industry protocols, and support continuous improvement in modelling practices What Were Looking For Experience as a BIM Technician, with expertise in M&E systems Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software specific to M&E Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols, with an eye for detail Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Why This Role?
