Job description Bingo Hall Manager Have you management or supervisory experience and looking to build your experience? We are currently recruiting in RIO Bingo, Dungannon for a Bingo Hall Manager. If you are excited to work in a friendly and social environment, then this is for you. Job Duties: Manage the RIO team (approx. 10-15 staff) Working with the Marketing Manager to develop strategies to maximise and retain valuable customers Help train and develop staff to optimise customer care Accurately manage business cash flow Attend meetings as required at head office, Lisburn In charge of all club administration Managing the general maintenance of the club to include, cleanliness, health and safety and fire safety Work closely alongside the senior management team We're looking for? Each month our staff can play 2 free games of bingo in our clubs* Contributory pension scheme For our management roles, you will be contracted for 40 hours per week, and you will may be required to work between the hours of 10am - midnight, Monday to Sunday.You will work closely with your management team to work the hours and rotas amongst you. Experience required: Must have at least 1 years supervisory experience Customer service experience is essential Cash handling experience is essential PC literate Qualifications: Must have GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) grade A-C Must have a full driving licence Full training will be provided from our senior management team to enable you to fully understand the game of bingo and the gaming arcade environment.
