We will provide you with the tools to be an expert in providing Technical Services to Ecolab and its customers and to safeguard the Brand Image of both by promoting safe and effective working practice and compliance with Company and Industry Standards.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Inspections:

Carry out contracted inspections in accordance with specification. This includes making visits on schedule, carrying out detailed inspections, making suitable recommendations and timely submission of accurate reports in the agreed format. Maintaining Standards:

Assess Ecolab standards of service, including assessing compliance with Ecolab Service Protocols and customer contracted specifications and industry standards, correcting deficiencies where possible, and submitting assessments using the QA system for each routine service and as required. Assessing Suitability:

Review contracted services delivered, identifying and recommending revision to promote Customer Retention and protect Brand, including assessment of pest risk, external audit standards, and customer requirements. Effective Communication:

Communicate findings and recommendations to Ecolab, its Customers and other relevant parties through agreed channels, including explaining findings and their implications from Technical Inspections and Quality Assurance audits, escalating via Ecolab and Customer channels, and attending review meetings as necessary. Identify Opportunities:

Maximise own contribution by identifying sales opportunities, including recommendations for additional or new services and opportunities for other Ecolab Divisions, communicating these both to the potential customer as Route1 opportunities and to Ecolab as lead opportunities. Technical Support:

Provide technical support and expertise to Ecolab associates and its Customers, including troubleshooting, advising on control schemes, identifying pests, and taking part in and advising on sales surveys. Training:

Deliver training to Ecolab staff, customers, and other parties, including practical training, coaching, and formal presentations. Field Liaison:

Provide feedback on products, services, and opportunities, including assessing new products, implementation of new services, changes to customer requirements, feedback from audits, and communicating these to Ecolab Technical and Marketing. Personal Development:

Increase knowledge and understanding in all commercial, technical, and personal aspects, including the application of services, understanding customers' business and needs, keeping in touch with new developments in pest elimination techniques, and taking part in personal development opportunities. Qualifications RSPH L2 Award In Pest Management as a minimum. Ideally, BPCA CAT award is preferred. Preferably 2 years experience in Pest Control to a range of customers including food production sites.
