Key Responsibilities Teaching : Deliver Biology lessons at KS3 and KS4, with the potential for KS5 teaching for experienced candidates. Lesson Planning : Design innovative and engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and make learning Biology exciting and accessible. Student Assessment : Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth and exam readiness. Curriculum Development : Collaborate with the Science Department to continually enhance the Biology curriculum, integrating best practices and current scientific findings. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in Biology or a related field. Experience teaching Biology at KS3 and KS4 is essential, and experience at KS5 is desirable.
