We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join our team starting in March 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Biology lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire a passion for the biological sciences, helping students to develop their understanding of the natural world and their scientific skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons in line with the national curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Biology or a related field. Experience teaching Biology at secondary school level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
