This Nurse position is based in a prestigious care facility that facilitates Dementia, mental health, old person care, and respite care. Work closely with a highly motivated team focused on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group. Ensure day-to-day residents take part in meaningful individualised activities and provide support for social inclusion. Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure. Keep clear and accurate records at all times. Provide clinical care where required. Build positive relationships with residents and their families. Provide assistance to the Nurse Manager and manage your team of nurses in the home. What We're Looking For:
You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse. 6+ months Nursing/Charge Nurse experience. You must have a valid NMC registration.
