You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group. Leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home. To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals. Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care. Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate. Shadow the Nurse Manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed. Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency. What We're Looking For:

You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse. 6+ months of Charge Nurse experience. A Valid NMC Pin.
