Assistant Block Manager

to become part of their Birmingham team. In this role, the successful candidate will assist the Block Manager with the daily oversight of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service is provided to residents and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Property Management:

Assist in the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring all communal areas are well-maintained and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communication:

Act as a point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and escalating issues to the Block Manager when necessary. Inspections:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, documenting findings, and reporting maintenance issues. Maintenance Coordination:

Liaise with contractors to arrange maintenance, repairs, and servicing, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Administration:

Assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and updating property management systems. Service Charge Support:

Provide assistance in managing service charge budgets and liaising with leaseholders regarding payments and arrears. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant leasehold legislation, health and safety standards, and company policies.
