Block Manager

A London based estate agency firm with multiple branches is seeking a Block Manager / Property Manager to join the team. The Block Manager will look after their own portfolio with each property varying in size. IRPM qualifications are desirable, but not essential as the firm will assist the right person to achieve this.

The Block Manager role will involve: Dealing with client's day to day issues to ensure a resolution in a quick and efficient manner Site inspections and checking on contractors works. Assisting in preparing and issuing service charge budgets. Liaising with internal accounts. Assisting with Section 20 works. Attending residents' meetings & AGMs. Proficiency in Health & Safety. The Block Manager will need: Previous block management experience in a recent position High level of customer service skills Excellent telephone manner To be calm under pressure Ability to manage workload The Block Manager salary is £35K-45k + benefits.
