Block Manager , managing a portfolio DOE and working with an experienced team of Block Managers, Support Staff, Accountants and Senior Management. Block Manager , you’ll cover the full process including section 20 major works, service charge budgets, health & safety audits, AGMs (time off given in lieu), working closely with contractors on minor and major works, providing excellent communication to leaseholders and freeholder/RMC clients and conducting Fire Risk Assessments etc. You’ll work closely with the entire team who support each other on their portfolio, truly working with a “one team” mindset. Their Director has built the team over 21 years and remains very much involved with his own portfolio of clients to manage, making sure he’s still on the ground with his team, never ending up too far removed to support and train everyone. Their portfolio has continued to grow steadily and organically over time, all located in the Portsmouth & Southsea region. They’re looking for a new team member who values the same high standards they do and who also enjoys a good laugh with their colleagues! Minimum Requirements
Previous experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio including service charge budgets, section 20 major works, AGMs and client reporting, 2 years as a block manager Excellent communication, IT, organisational and customer service skills A full UK driving license and your own vehicle Desirable Requirements
Experience working with Freeholder clients Industry relevant qualifications such as ATPI/RICS Previous experience managing a Portsmouth portfolio Contact: Matty Stratton
