Early Years Practitioner We are working with an independent day nursery who are currently looking for an Early Years Practitioner for their nursery setting in Harlow. The successful candidate will need to hold a level 2/3, CACHE, EYE or recognised equivalent childcare qualification. You will also ideally have a minimum of 6 months nursery setting experience, being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both the EYFS framework and key worker practices. Position Details
Your role will include: Supporting and extending children’s learning, development and educational outcomes Organising and overseeing the planning, implementation and provision of activities Carrying out observations and evaluations Planning and providing next steps to support children’s development What you will need:
A level 2 or level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioners qualification An understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills What you can expect:
