Responsibilities:
Proficiently provide quotes for BMS Upgrades based on existing portfolios. Skilfully generate quotes from technical inquiries for existing buildings within Managed Services (if necessary). Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing upgrades, optimisations, and all quoted works. Offer valuable assistance to the Sales team by addressing any technical questions. Develop trackers for clients, including risk registers. Effectively manage Clients' portfolios, overseeing risks and meetings. Prioritise Client retention as a vital aspect of the role. Proactively identify energy opportunities, future operations, and innovations. Review energy-related enhancements with clients.
