adi Intelligent Buildings BMS Engineer About the Role We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced BMS (Building Management Systems) Engineer to join our team. As an adi BMS Engineer, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team responsible for implementing and maintaining building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. You will work closely with the engineering and facilities management teams for our key clients to identify and resolve issues, as well as implement system upgrades and enhancements. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include: Engineering, commissioning, and support of BMS/PME projects Software design and implementation Graphics engineering Leading and coordinating installation engineer teams Fostering a culture of safe working practices Ensuring compliance with industry standards Driving profit improvement through efficient engineering practices Innovation and better working practices Assisting the Operations Manager Directing subcontractors on site Ensuring ongoing adherence to Group QHSE requirements Working and mentoring young engineers About you To join us as a BMS Engineer, we are seeking the following qualities: A full UK Driving License is a must-have Knowledge and expertise with BMS, PLC or engineering software market Electrical install, panel design and modification experience Awareness of mechanical and electrical drawings and systems Awareness of software design (engineering software, java, gaming, PLC) Proven success in delivering BMS, PLC or software solutions Ability to manage projects of various budgets Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement Membership in a relevant certified body or possession of an appropriate Technical Qualification is desirable The Benefits The adi Pit Stop – savings and discounts portal with Reward Gateway Healthcare cash plan with BHSF 24/7 GP helpline including private electronic prescription service Enhanced Employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme Employee referral bonus of £500 for every successful new employee Generous holiday allowance Celebration days Company-wide Christmas party for employees and partners Annual employee awards Long service awards Free workwear The company Find out more about adi -
