My client is a very well established (over 30 years trading) BMS contractor, covering the London and South East area with a strong reputation and a low staff turnover.
Due to retirement, they are looking for a BMS Engineer. You will be responsible for:
Covering mostly the London area but also working in the southern home counties
Service and maintenance of BMS equipment, primarily TREND systems
Commissioning and pre-commissioning when needed
Working with a wide range of blue chip clients including large retail groups, supermarkets, and corporate offices
Skills / Background Needed to be a BMS Engineer:
Experience working as a BMS engineer
Must have TREND experience
Ideally residing in North Kent or Surrey for easy access to London
Required: TREND 963 operators course and ideally IQ certifications
Salary and Benefits as a BMS Engineer:
£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
