Senior Controls / BMS Engineer
opportunity available with our client, a family-run BMS and Control Systems specialist based in Worcestershire. This opportunity provides a fantastic salary of up to £50k per year, with a company vehicle, 32 days holiday (including bank holidays), company pension, and a clear plan for progression and career development.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. This will be a varied position, with a mixture of office-based and on-site work, including the full design and commissioning of a range of HVAC Control and BMS systems across mainly the Midlands, but also further out where necessary. Our client has been working within the BMS and Control Systems industry for over 30 years, specialising in the design and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Solutions, and Natural Ventilation Systems, for a variety of commercial clients including schools, colleges, prestigious hotels, office blocks, and MOD facilities for example. Job Requirements Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Distech and Niagra (N4) Able to write a program from concept, including writing software and graphics from mechanical designs Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineer (ONC/HNC) CSCS/ECS registered (BMS Technician Card desirable, but not essential) Full UK driving licence Based within the Worcestershire / West Midlands area Senior Controls / BMS Engineer
