CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a BMS & Metering Compliance Manager.
Preferably looking for someone who is Northampton based, with workload also in London.
Working on behalf of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage BMS and metering compliance for M&E projects.
Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of BMS and metering systems.
Provide technical support and training to project teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
Report on compliance status and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in BMS and metering compliance, particularly in M&E projects.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
