What You’ll Be Doing: As the BMS Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the seamless delivery of Building Management System projects, ensuring technical excellence, commercial control, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Project Leadership Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to commissioning and handover. Develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee resources, materials, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution. Technical Expertise Review and refine technical designs, ensuring alignment with client specifications. Coordinate panel build, system installation, and integration processes, ensuring systems perform flawlessly. Lead commissioning activities, managing client witnessing sessions and ensuring a smooth system handover with full documentation and operational training. Commercial Control Monitor budgets and maintain tight cost control to meet financial objectives. Manage contract compliance and ensure all deliverables are aligned with commercial and client obligations. Address project variations and maintain transparency in client communication. Client and Team Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. What You’ll Need: This role demands a strong technical background in Building Management Systems, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in delivering BMS projects. You’ll bring commercial acumen and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring success for both the client and the team. APPLY NOW!
