Senior BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer required. Our client is one of the largest Controls Systems Houses in the North West of England and offers a wide range of market leading products that will provide engineered solutions for the control of services within any building environment. They deliver new build and long-term maintenance contracts including the installation of smart controls to manage lighting, heating, refrigeration, and other specialist energy-consuming equipment. They are now looking for a Senior BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer due to the growth of the business. This role is predominately in the North West of England. Position Overview
Servicing and maintaining existing BMS systems and identifying and correcting any faults or irregularities. Identifying and actioning opportunities for upgrades or improvements to the customer's system. Ensuring that new-build projects are delivered on scope and on time including the final commissioning, demonstration to the customer, and handover. Fully conversant with and able to program a BMS system from conception. Demonstrating self-management, project management, and innovation skills. Position Requirements
5+ years' experience of Trend, Tridium, or Siemens BMS systems. Excellent understanding of control panel design and ability to modify panels. Excellent knowledge of instrumentation and integration of BMS systems with 3rd party systems. Ability to modify strategies and experience of front-end graphics. A full clean driving licence is preferred. Position Remuneration
Working hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.45pm Friday. 40-hour working week. Holiday Package: 25 days + 8 BH. Pension. Death In Service. Company Benefits.
