- £44k - £45.5k basic,

The role: In your new BMS Service Engineer role, you'll be working across Essex in high-level commercial offices, universities, data centres, and hospitals, meaning interesting equipment to build up your portfolio without the nuisance of being forever on the road in-between sites nationwide. As we develop our own tech, you'll be first in line to receive training, so you will always be at the top of your field when it comes to BMS knowledge. Your career development is really important to us, so you will be given lots of opportunities to upskill, cross into different departments, and take advantage of the fact we're a global company who can support international job moves. Energy efficiency is at the heart of what we do. Whether your day is spent servicing control panels onto new systems, handing over a new system, or servicing controllers, networks, and field devices into a complete control system, you can get home at night knowing you've done your bit to save the polar bears. It's all about you: To be able to hit the ground running, we would need you to have experience of building controls, control panels, and field devices alongside some good knowledge in system proposals by way of pricing and feasibility.
