BMS Service and Small Projects Engineer

The Role As a BMS Service and Small Projects Engineer, you will: Deliver technical analysis and manage all BEMS and on-site control systems, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency. Provide accurate fault diagnosis within agreed timeframes, minimising disruptions and downtime. Collaborate with client engineering teams to create effective remedial responses to failures, optimising environments for comfort, sustainability, and efficiency. Manage small projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and retrofits, delivering solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. Play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance while contributing to the evolution of smart, sustainable buildings.
The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: In-depth knowledge of building control systems, especially Siemens, Trend, Tridium, and/or Distech platforms. Experience as a BMS Engineer or Electrician, with a desire to develop technical expertise and advance their career in the industry. A proactive approach to delivering commercial benefits and long-term value for customers. A full UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.
