Douglas Park Glasgow is looking for a Business Manager. Your role Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Meet with or speak to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle to qualify their needs and requirements and present the most suitable product solutions (also undertake the Demands and Needs Statement). Present additional insurance products to customers (if suitable via Statement of Demands and Needs (SDN)). Monitor overall department performance. Achieve Park’s business plan objectives. Ensure that TCF objectives & process are carried out thoroughly. Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations. Manage customer problems, complaints, and difficult situations in relation to insurance and finance products, resolving the issue to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and Park’s Motor Group. Collect relevant Management Information (MI). Ensure that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed. Continually observe for instances of financial crime (Money Laundering & Fraud). Ensure that all relevant training is carried out. Report to General Manager & Group Business Manager & Group Sales Director.
