Plant Oxford is the birthplace and heart of MINI production. Manufactured to individual customer specifications, hundreds of MINIs leave the plant’s assembly lines each day, off to meet new owners in more than 110 countries around the world. What awaits you? You will be part of the team that works on new vehicle launches, series vehicle updates, as well as leading large equipment refurbishments. You will be working alongside our planners to co-ordinate the preparation and implementation of projects as well as supporting shutdown operations. You will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of important production and business data. The opportunity to get involved with tasks surrounding our vision, control systems and performance analysis. Active involvement with evaluating assembly drawings to effectively implement modifications to our production line. Qualifications and Experience Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor degree - preferably in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar. Good time management is required. Good analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and to think outside the box is highly desirable. Advantageous skills would include programming, adaptability into new environments and good self-organisation. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Previous CAD experience would also be beneficial. Communication and interpersonal skills are also highly desirable, with an ability to summarise and present topics clearly. Why choose us? Great Pay –
